Harrow Healthy Living Centre (HHLC) was an initiative by eight charitable groups in the borough and is funded from an award by the Big Lottery. Our focus is on living a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating as well as providing fitness classes and complementary therapy sessions to the public.
HHLC offers health and fitness classes from exercise classes for the over 60′s, yoga classes for all ages, and Bollywood and Urban Fusion dance classes for young children and teens.
HHLC aims to offer a wide range of services and activities to the public and support social inclusion for people with learning disabilities throughout the year.
HHLC, incorporating the Red Brick Café is situated within the Wealdstone Centre adjacent to the Library on Wealdstone High Street. The Café has been open to the public since April 2005, its primary function is to offer supported placements for people with learning difficulties enabling them, through work experience and confidence building, to either gain employment and or increase their skills.
Since its opening, the Red Brick Café has built up a good reputation in the area for tasty home cooked food, good service, and a pleasant environment to relax and meet with friends. The Red Brick Café is fully accessible and can also provide buffets or customized menus to compliment your meeting or social event.
