Meeting Rooms

HHLC has 3 meeting rooms, which can be booked 6 months in advance by completing a booking form. The rooms are versatile in their use, as we have partitions that can be collapsed, if a larger space is needed.

Community and Voluntary Organisations are given priority, as are bookings around healthy living issues, as these are both in keeping with the Centre's ethos.

All bookings are provisional until a booking form has been filled in and returned to the Centre.

In order to maintain a welcoming atmosphere, rooms must be left in the condition in which they are found. Some bookings may require a refundable deposit which will be retained if rooms are left in an unacceptable condition
